We offer a simple 3-phase approach to both Architectural Design & Interior Design. We don’t like to overcomplicate things and neither do our clients. Whether you need a full set of plans for your addition or you are in need of a room refresh, we are here to help!
Architectural Design & Interior Design
Phase 1: Consult & Concepts
After consultation and measurement, we will create base & conceptual drawings for the project as discussed.
Phase 2: Review & Revise
We will meet to review the concept drawings and revise them to suit your needs. In addition to floor plans, we look at elevations & 3D sketches to give you a great understanding of your new space.
Phase 3: Drawing Finalization
We put the construction drawings together that are necessary for building & installation. At this point you are ready to continue to our other services or hire a builder of your choosing.
What’s Included?
Architectural Design
Architectural plans for additions & new homes typically include the following:
Floorplans, elevations, concrete layouts, floor system layouts, rafter layouts, door & window schedules and building sections. Drawings are ready to hand to your builder to begin permitting and construction.
Interior Design
Interior Design drawings typically include the following:
Floorplans, wall elevations, selections & schedules for fixtures, finishes & furnishings. Every square inch, surface & detail is planned, scheduled & purchased – ready for installation.
Construction Finish Selection
This is an unlisted service that is the link between Architectural Design & Interior Design – you may not want to have your space fully furnished and “Interior Designed,” but want the construction finishes with the Architectural Drawings. There are literally hundreds of decisions to make with construction finishes, from plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting fixtures, paint colors, cabinetry, backsplash, countertops, hardware, etc. We are happy to provide this service and bring the Architectural Design we just created to life.
